On the crisis intervention ward at the Universitäres Psychiatrisches Zentrum Bern, you help adults in acute mental emergency states to find stability and orientation again. At the UPZ location at the Inselspital, we offer specialized care services for adults in psychosocial crises.

In this dynamic environment, you take on responsibility, set impulses, and help shape a ward where quick decisions, professional excellence, and human proximity are equally required. Your expertise, your empathy, and your commitment make a difference here every day - for patients, for the team, and for the future of modern psychiatric care.

Your tasks

• You care for and support people in acute crises in the acute-psychiatric environment
• You take on responsibility and coordinate nursing, pedagogical, and therapeutic treatments to individually promote and support patients
• You lead milieu-therapeutic activities and groups
• You work on projects for quality promotion and assurance
• You actively participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures

Your profile

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson FH / HF and ideally already bring experience in working with mentally ill people
• You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and have a high degree of social and self-competence
• You enjoy accompanying people in acute crises as well as being conscientious and remain calm even in hectic situations
• You are motivated to contribute to a dynamic environment and to develop professionally
• You have good German skills in speaking and writing
