In doing so, you will contribute to making FlexOffice known throughout Switzerland and convincing customers of the advantages of our dynamic workspace solutions. Sales & Marketing Specialist: You support the Sales and Marketing team throughout the entire sales process You create individual offers and contracts in collaboration with the Sales team You support contract negotiations with the aim of achieving revenue and profitability goals You maintain our Sales and Marketing tools and are responsible for their further development You monitor the competition and continuously collect up-to-date market information on prices and products You support the planning and coordination of advertising measures You increase the brand awareness of FlexOffice throughout Switzerland together with the Marketing team You actively participate in the development and implementation of the new marketing strategy You manage the cooperation with brokers and are responsible for the creation and administration of advertisements What you bring with you: Experience in the Real Estate/ Hospitality sector or another relevant industry is an advantage Experience in Sales and Marketing Fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage Excellent communication skills – you can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues You are an all-rounder talent with a "Just-do-it" personality and implement initiatives both independently and together with the team You are empathetic, open-minded and friendly in your dealings with others and keep a cool head even under pressure You bring genuine passion for entrepreneurial communities You are willing to work flexibly What we offer: An open, motivated and motivating team with flat hierarchies and contemporary working methods awaits you.
