Safety Officer & Lean Coordinator (ag)

Your tasks

• At the forefront, you are responsible for implementing our safety and efficiency strategy in operation.
• You proactively help to make our workplaces in the plant safer and our processes leaner.
• Through your training and your supportive approach, you help our teams to ensure that safety guidelines are understood, accepted, and lived.
• You recognize risks and optimization potential close to the action and develop practical solutions in cooperation with our employees.
• You thrive in the "perks" that allow you to directly and sustainably shape our safety culture, and you are also ready to face the "duty" with accident analyses, documentation, and reporting.

Your profile

• You should have completed technical training and have relevant further training in the areas of safety technology, occupational safety, or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience as a safety officer in an industrial environment is an advantage.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of and an affinity for Lean Management as well as the established Lean instruments.
• You convince through your pragmatism, your hands-on mentality, initiative, and possess common sense, strong communication skills, and assertiveness.
• As a team player, you meet your counterparts at eye level and possess go-getter qualities with vision and prudence.
• You are open to meaningful further training and are familiar with MS Office programs as well as any safety management systems.
• English at level B1-B2 is a must.
