System Engineer (m/w/d)

What you can achieve. • As a member of the System Team, you maintain and expand the toolchain with Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins and Docker, so that development and operations work together smoothly. • With AWS and TypeScript, you develop Infrastructure as Code with CDK and implement powerful Lambdas. • You provide a Release Deployment Pipeline that enables fully automated auditing, thereby increasing security and traceability. • With continuous updates without downtime, you ensure availability using Auto Scaling groups in AWS. • Together with the agile teams, you support and advise on GitOps practices and create the prerequisites for efficient, secure and autonomous delivery processes. • Occasionally, you take on on-call duty and ensure fast and effective interventions if required. What you bring with you. • Teamwork and strong communication skills characterize you, and you enjoy working in Scrum and Kanban teams as well as with remote teams. • You bring a service-oriented attitude, calmness under pressure and a strong sense of responsibility and quality into everyday life. • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as independent action help you to quickly understand complex issues and implement effective solutions. • You use confident handling of Git, including branching concepts and Pull Requests, as well as very good knowledge of Shell Scripting and the ability to perform software engineering with TypeScript in a targeted manner. • You bring good cloud knowledge and many years of experience with AWS with EC2 and VPC architectures, and practical experience with Prometheus and Grafana completes your profile. • Experience with Docker and Compose is an advantage, and you create images and understand the architecture of the container environment.
