The Workplace & Collaboration team is responsible for the provision, operation, and further development of the digital workplace and collaboration solutions in connection with EPIC. It ensures that employees can collaborate securely, efficiently, and independently of location at all times.
EPIC is one of the world's leading hospital information systems and supports the digital administration and documentation of patient information as well as clinical and administrative processes.
As an Epic Client System Administrator, you are the central interface between Workplace & Collaboration and EPIC. You ensure that the EPIC workplace solution is optimally integrated, operated, and continuously further developed.*

What awaits you ##

• Administration and further development of the Epic printer and client landscape
• Operation and monitoring of the Epic printer and client infrastructure
• Ensuring the availability and performance of Epic Hyperspace Clients
• Analysis and troubleshooting of Epic Client and Epic Printing disruptions
• Participation in Epic upgrades and system expansions
• Support in Change, Problem, and Incident Management (participation in technical support 2nd/3rd Level)
• Co-designing the architecture as well as integration and compliance with security regulations
• Leading and implementing release planning as well as the integration of digital workplace solutions
• Carrying out the continuous improvement process
• Advising and training stakeholders, maintaining documentation and inventory data

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a System Administrator Informatics
• Several years of experience in the operation of Windows-based infrastructures
• Preferably experience in the environment of EPIC Epic Client System Administrator or the

binding willingness to complete the corresponding certification promptly

• Experience in the area of server and Citrix environments
• Proven experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management (ITIL)
• Open personality, high degree of communication skills
• Independent, structured way of working and the ability to independently clarify and successfully implement requirements from ICT and the business
• Very good German skills, good English skills in speaking and writing
