Maintenance Planner* As a Maintenance Planner*, you are responsible for the planning and monitoring of preventive or extraordinary maintenance work on the production facilities. What you move Planning of preventive or extraordinary maintenance measures in cooperation with the production areas and the various maintenance departments Planning and coordination of the required external resources Coordination of assignments, management of resources and monitoring of the maintenance of the facilities. Ensuring the availability of spare parts Reduction of major plant downtime through optimization of preventive maintenance Participation in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with the maintenance managers and the responsible technicians Cooperation with production to integrate preventive and specific maintenance into the planning of their activities Support of those responsible through the creation of key performance indicators, participation in the creation of procedures and technical standards as well as the management of documentation Participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the performance and availability of the production facilities Support in the management of telephone calls from our hotline to coordinate the needs for internal/external resources in the event of unplanned downtime What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: EFZ as Polymechanic, Automatics Engineer, Electrician, Mechanic or equivalent training. Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Maintenance Specialist is an advantage Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar position Good knowledge of industrial maintenance Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office Methodical approach, organizational talent and sense of responsibility. Flexibility, accuracy and independence Good ability to handle stress, ability to process several tasks simultaneously.
