Our partner, a company active in the technical field and located in the canton of Neuchâtel, is looking for an HR Manager at 80-100%. You will join an established team and hold a versatile position, offering varied responsibilities in the field of human resources.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You ensure the complete administrative management of the employee life cycle, from entry to exit
• You participate in payroll processing and ensure the follow-up of social insurances, in compliance with the legal provisions in force
• You manage absences, holidays as well as the monitoring of hours and working time
• You ensure the administrative follow-up of personnel files and ensure the quality and accuracy of HR data
• You contribute to the improvement of HR processes and participate in various projects according to the needs of the company
• You collaborate closely with the different departments and support teams with administrative personnel matters

What you offer your new employer

• You have confirmed experience in a similar function, ideally acquired in a technical environment
• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee, supplemented by an HR manager certificate or training deemed equivalent
• You are comfortable with standard IT tools and, ideally, with payroll management software
• You are an organized, rigorous and autonomous person, capable of managing several files simultaneously
• You demonstrate discretion and reliability in the processing of confidential data
• You appreciate human contact, have a good sense of service and like working in an environment where proximity and team spirit are essential
