Your field of activity • Together with municipalities, cantons, authorities, spatial planners/spatial developers as well as investors, pension funds, banks and developers, you develop a new digital process • You conduct structured discovery conversations, recognize concrete decision-making problems and consistently qualify or disqualify opportunities • You manage complex buying centers, offers, procurement processes and negotiations until the contract is concluded • Together with our specialist, product and technology managers, you develop solutions consisting of platforms, data and services and translate these into a clear business case What you bring with you • Several years of experience in complex B2B, solution or consultative sales with longer sales cycles and own closing responsibility or experience in the sale of integrated solutions consisting of software or platforms, data, services, consulting or implementation • Market proximity in at least two areas: complex B2B sales, public sector or procurement as well as real estate development, spatial planning, GIS, geodata or PropTech • Confident appearance towards management, authorities and specialists as well as political and institutional tact • Strength in qualification, stakeholder management, business cases, negotiation and closing as well as technical affinity for geodata, 3D, interfaces and AI • A structured, committed and entrepreneurial hands-on mentality.
