• Professional and organizational management of the entire nursing service within the facility
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care according to current standards and legal requirements
• Personnel management, planning and development to ensure a motivated and high-performing team
• Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist departments
• Implementation of new nursing concepts as well as optimization of work flows and processes
• Responsibility for quality management, complaint management and continuous improvement of nursing services
• Ensuring efficient and economical resource planning
• Advising and accompanying patients and relatives in nursing and organizational matters

Your profile – leadership personality with specialist competence

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH or comparable qualification
• Further training in nursing management, leadership or health management (NDS, MAS or CAS an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, ideally with leadership experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in personnel management, team control and nursing organization
• Strong communication skills, social competence and the ability to motivate and promote employees
• Independent, solution-oriented and economical way of thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
