To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a communicative and team-oriented personality as Operational Excellence Coordinator. You will actively drive improvements - with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as well as strong cooperation within the plant.   What awaits you with us • Digitalization: You develop and optimize digital tools and processes for shift handovers, key figures, and reporting - e.g., with Power BI or SharePoint. • Standardization: You accompany teams in the creation, implementation, and application of work instructions and standards in POKA. • Optimization projects: You drive the optimization and standardization of processes and format changes and support projects in the area of equipment optimization and Vertical Start-up. • Analytical competence and culture promotion: You support the analysis of losses and downtime and derive sustainable measures from them to steadily optimize our processes. • Competence management: You participate in the establishment and maintenance of competence management and promote the further development of our employees. • Key figure management: You monitor our production key figures and initiate targeted improvement measures. • Communication: You promote the flow of information and cooperation between production, technology, quality, and administration.     What makes you successful • Passion for production: You have completed training in the food sector, experience in the digitalization of processes, and ideally an advanced qualification (studies, HF etc.). • Organizational skills: Ability to set priorities and think across departments. • Methodological knowledge: You have experience with Lean, TPM, and/or Continuous Improvement methods and want to apply your knowledge. • Communication strength: You convince with goal-oriented communication and commit to common goals with assertiveness and empathy. • Team and personality competence: You are reliable, team-oriented, resilient, flexible, and service-oriented. • Fit for everyday life: Very good German skills (min.
