Job Description ## In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the finance department of a Swiss national company and will simultaneously be part of the management team. In doing so, you will act not only as a finance expert but also as a strategic sparring partner for the Managing Director and the entire leadership team. Your tasks include, among others: • Responsibility for finance and accounting, controlling, and reporting • Preparation and further development of budgets, forecasts, and management reports • Annual financial statements and financial steering of the company • Leadership and development of a small finance team • Optimization and digitalization of processes • Support of the management team in strategic decisions • Cooperation with international stakeholders within the group • Participation in cross-departmental projects and growth initiatives The Successful Applicant ## We are looking for a personality who understands numbers, recognizes connections, and can derive concrete recommendations for action from them. Ideally, you bring: • Several years of experience in the finance and controlling environment • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial statements • Leadership experience or the clear potential to successfully take on a leadership role • Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality • Very good German and English skills • Enjoyment of a dynamic environment with international exchange Experience from logistics, transport, industry, production, or other operational sectors is an advantage, but not a must.
