Start of employment: 01.10.2026 or by arrangement Work location: Bern 0% Remote Work Forensic science is close to the action; whether in field operations for recording facts of burglary thefts, unusual deaths, violent crimes and other events -- or in the laboratory, during the securing and evaluation of the traces obtained. We are filling vacant internship positions in this exciting environment. Your tasks <br /> • At the beginning: Search for and evaluation of traces on submitted trace carriers • After induction: Field operations with recording of facts, especially of burglary thefts, incl. performing on-call services • Collaboration on other crimes • Creation of reports and photographic documentation for the police and judicial authorities <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed forensic science or equivalent university education in the field of forensics at Master's level, or respectively, shortly before completion • Strong physical resilience as well as mental resilience and high interest in police investigative work • Proactive, loyal and discreet personality with high social competence, strong team orientation as well as a flexible and solution-oriented attitude towards assignments outside of regular working hours • Very good written and oral communication skills in German as well as good French skills • Driver's license Cat.
