Your mission

As a senior accountant within our fiduciary, you will autonomously manage a diverse portfolio of clients (SMEs, self-employed, associations, individuals), from bookkeeping to the annual closing, and you will be the reference interlocutor for all accounting, tax, and administrative questions. Your main responsibilities will include notably:

• Ensuring the bookkeeping and control of general accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations);
• Processing our clients' payroll, withholding tax statements, and annual social insurance statements;
• Preparing VAT statements (effective method or net tax debt rate) and the annual reconciliation;
• Performing monthly, interim, and annual closings and preparing financial statements;
• Presenting and commenting on accounts to clients and preparing files for the auditing body;
• Preparing tax returns for legal entities and individuals, checking tax assessments, and drafting appeals;
• Advising clients (accounting organization, treasury, budgets, routine tax optimization) and accompanying them during company creations or changes in legal form;
• Supporting the Expertis team and management and contributing to process improvement and digitalization.

Your profile

• Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, or training deemed equivalent;
• Mastery of accounting up to the closing, VAT, and taxation of legal entities and individuals;
• Very good knowledge of payroll and social insurance;
• Proven experience within a Swiss fiduciary or accounting firm;
• Ability to manage several mandates in parallel and respect legal deadlines;
• Rigor, autonomy, discretion, and strict respect for professional secrecy;
• Sense of service and interpersonal skills;
• Team spirit and a taste for knowledge transfer;
• Comfortable with standard IT tools and accounting software (Bexio, Winbiz, Dr Tax, Odoo, Excel, etc.).
