Tasks

• Ensuring high availability of the department
• Implementation of marketing activities (follow-up actions, archive clean-ups, etc.)
• Processing of incoming mail
• Processing of contract returns
• Checking of definitive documents (incl. requesting missing documents)
• Activation of credit limits via system (Finnova)
• Quality controls (security checks, processing control lists, etc.)
• Preparation and execution of payouts
• Preparation for archiving
• Support (processing of special cases, inquiries from customers/branches/hotline, etc.)
• Internal contact and point of contact for technical questions

Requirements

• Commercial training (banking training or experience in the area of leasing is a great advantage)
• Accurate and expeditious working
• Very good German and French skills or German and Italian skills
• Proficient use of the computer
