CNC Machining Manager (M/F)

Desired profile

• CFC Polymécanicien, Senior Technician or training deemed equivalent. * Experience in team management. * Solid knowledge of CNC machining methods - milling. * Mastery of CAM programming. * Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines. * Clear communication, sense of priorities. Main responsibilities
• Ensure the operational coordination of the workshop and ensure the smooth running of production activities according to workloads, urgencies and set objectives. + Lead the team on a daily basis, distribute activities and contribute to the development of skills as well as the versatility of employees. + Act as a technical referent for production, notably during startups, setups, program adjustments and resolution of issues related to machining. + Guarantee the smooth running of the manufacturing of high-precision mechanical parts on various CNC production means. + Actively participate in the definition, adaptation and improvement of machining programs and parameters in order to ensure the quality and reliability of processes. + Identify areas for improvement in the workshop and implement actions aimed at optimizing yields, quality, manufacturing methods and flow organization.
