Counting nearly 1'500 employees, the [Département de réadaptation et gériatrie](< >) (DRG) constitutes a medical hub centered on the elderly person and is spread across 5 sites: Trois-Chêne, Loëx, Bellerive, Beau-Séjour and Joli-Mont. It manages acute situations, notably thanks to the emergencies of the Hôpital des Trois-Chêne, specific age-related problems, medical rehabilitation and palliative medicine. The Clinique de Joli-Mont receives patients following treatment for medical and surgical pathologies, notably orthopedic. It offers multidisciplinary care focused on rehabilitation, integrating the specificities of the elderly person, physical and psychological symptoms, as well as the medico-social problems of patients. The objective of the stay is the restoration of autonomy with a view to returning home in good conditions. The Clinique also receives a patient population in palliative care in a dedicated unit, as well as people waiting for placement in an EMS. Administrative Clerk in the Department of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics - 100% As part of your activities, you will be responsible for offering patients, the public and staff a courteous, personalized and competent welcome, in face-to-face situations as well as over the phone, serving the telephone switchboard. Your dynamism, your sense of service and welcome, and your respect for confidentiality are qualities already recognized and highlighted. You provide information, guidance or even accompany any person presenting at the receptions as well as collaborate with the other services involved in the welcome chain (admissions, care units, consultation centers, etc.). You are capable of working independently while knowing how to demonstrate mutual aid and collaboration. You contribute to the monitoring and security of the establishment. You proceed with all the admission formalities for hospitalized or outpatient patients, ensuring compliance with institutional procedures. You are in charge of all tasks inherent to billing, requests for coverage of the hospital stay from insurers and the control of files; you also ensure the good quality of the final invoices, within the specified deadlines. To do this, you rely on your very good sense of organization, respect for procedures and your management of priorities and stress. Qualifications You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent and you possess a good mastery of IT tools (Office pack). You have successful experience in a similar position of at least 2 years. You are a person recognized for your organization, your rigor and your autonomy. You have excellent interpersonal skills, also with elderly people. You also have the tools allowing you to face unforeseen events and thus easily manage stress situations. Finally, you demonstrate a keen sense of confidentiality.
