What you do You check and assess benefit claims in cases of incapacity for work based on regulatory foundations. You obtain medical documents, powers of attorney, and insurance files, assess medical facts, and initiate the necessary steps in the benefit process. You coordinate cooperation with daily sickness benefit, accident, and social insurers as well as other internal and external stakeholders and check the need for case management measures. You actively control your benefit cases throughout the entire process, set revisions and follow-ups, and ensure their timely processing. You advise insured persons, employers, as well as internal and external partners by telephone and in writing and ensure customer-oriented, transparent, and timely case processing.
