Who is Gleason Switzerland AG?

At our location in Studen BE, with around 100 employees, we develop and produce high-precision machine tool systems for the manufacture of geared components. We use various processes on our machine systems, such as generating, profile milling, power skiving, or gear honing.

The components produced on our machines are used in the automotive and aerospace industries, in the robotics sector (industrial/humanoid robots), in the food industry, or in e-bikes.
Our customers include numerous, globally positioned, well-known companies.

The Gleason Group is active worldwide and employs more than 2400 employees around the globe. The group's products and services include everything related to the manufacture of gear parts: machine tools, tools, clamping devices, automation systems, measuring machines, and design software for gears.

As a Diagnostic Technician (m/f), YOU ensure that everything works together smoothly:

• You receive and process customer needs and complaints
• You create telephone fault diagnoses
• You are co-responsible for ensuring the timely, qualitative, and quantitative processes in customer service
• You support projects for new machines
• You coordinate and ensure the interfaces within the Gleason Group and with external companies
• You process customer orders and occasionally go on customer visits

This is what YOU bring with you:

• Completed basic mechanical training (electrical knowledge desirable)
• Knowledge in chip removal machining
• Understanding of technical documentation as well as drawings
• Organizational talent
• Clean and structured way of working
• Good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• German and English skills in spoken and written form
