The Radisson Hotel & Suites Zürich offers 343 apartments and 104 hotel rooms, representing an ideal mix for long business trips or short city trips to Zürich. The hotel's location is between the city center (15 minutes) and Zürich airport (10 minutes).

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen us with initiative, negotiation skills, and a strong sense of customer needs. You will take responsibility for the establishment and expansion of customer relationships and actively contribute to the growth of our company.

Your tasks:

Proactive identification and approach of new business opportunities and potential customers
Establishment, maintenance, and expansion of long-term customer relationships
Independent conduct of sales talks and negotiations
Creation of offers as well as management of the entire sales process until the contract is concluded
Observation of market and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
Achievement of the agreed sales targets
Maintenance of customer and sales data in the CRM system

Your profile:

Proven experience in sales
Proactive, independent, and result-oriented way of working
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent German in speaking and writing is mandatory
Swiss German is an advantage
