Your missions : You prepare ice cream, crepes, and specialty drinks. You guarantee an optimal presentation of the merchandise, including the salad buffet, drinks, and ice cream. You efficiently manage stocks, the cellar, dishwashing service, as well as machine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning. You participate in the opening and closing of the restaurant.
