Your mission: You are the first point of contact for our event guests on site You accompany a wide variety of events – from corporate events and banquets to concerts and festivals to large-scale events and ensure a professional and smooth service process. You look after our guests with heart, personality and a high quality standard and contribute to ensuring that our guests remember das Volkshaus Basel in the best way. You undertake preparation and follow-up work and ensure that your work area meets our quality standards at all times. You participate in internal training and continuously develop your specialist knowledge.
