Special ward for patients with severe behavioral issues (SAP).
The inpatient rehabilitation of patients with severe behavioral issues after brain injury requires a daily structure specially tailored to them. An interprofessional treatment team is responsible for this.
The focus is on building trust and relationships with the patients.
The patients are at the very beginning of an often long rehabilitation.
The goal is the integration of the people into the daily rehabilitation routine on the other wards.

Your area of responsibility:
Professional nursing, care and treatment of the patients from admission to discharge or further transfer
Design of a daily routine tailored to the patients with the interprofessional team
Determination of nursing-specific goals and assessment of the effect and progress
Ensuring and coordinating the nursing treatment including instruction of the other professions
Your profile:
A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson
Experience with challenging care situations and interest in the field of neurological early rehabilitation
Strong observation and communication skills to be able to grasp, analyze and further communicate complex situations
Enjoyment of independent and patient-oriented work in an interprofessional team
Sense of responsibility, flexibility and willingness to reflect
Perseverance and empathy
Very good oral and written German skills (at least level B2 with proof)
