Workplace: Le Châtelard-Village, Nant de Drance plant

Your mission:

With a team of more than 25 people, you ensure the management of the assigned facilities, guaranteeing optimal and efficient operation in compliance with the company's certifications and good relations with the outside world.

Your responsibilities:

• Guarantee the safety of people, property, and the environment, as well as compliance with safety directives and measures
• Ensure project management and their realization in compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Manage and develop the personnel of the Groupe d'exploitation hydroélectrique (GEH)
• Organize work by ensuring optimal occupation of female and male employees
• Operate and maintain the assigned production and distribution facilities, in compliance with budgetary provisions and production and performance objectives
• Propose operating and investment budgets

Your skills:

CFC as an electrician, automation technician, mechanic, or equivalent trade, with a federal diploma as a maintenance manager or HES engineer in the mentioned fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of hydroelectric production or in industry, in a similar function

Proven experience in personnel management

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to master emergency situations and fluctuations in workload

Very good mastery of IT tools
