For Schule Wollishofen-Im Lee, we are looking for a successor as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement Tasks ## As Head of Facilities Management and Technology, you bear overall responsibility for the maintenance and operation of Schule Wollishofen-Im Lee as well as the associated outdoor objects. This includes 2 school buildings, 3 ZM pavilions, 3 external kindergarten premises, an outdoor area, and an external sports hall. The main tasks of the Head of Facilities Management and Technology include: • Leadership of all facilities management staff • Recruitment of new employees • Administrative and organizational work, including the creation of deployment plans and ensuring substitutions • Responsible for maintenance, intermediate, and basic cleaning (this also includes performing cleaning work yourself) • Regular inspection of the buildings as well as the technical systems and devices, including key management • Cooperation with tradespeople and administrative departments • Support of the management team in school development and close cooperation with the entire school team and other users of the school facilities Profile ## • Training as a caretaker with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) • Completed vocational training (preferably in a manual-technical field) or equivalent training • Several years of experience in the field of facilities management • Experience in personnel management • Very good knowledge of modern information and communication technologies and very good oral and written German skills • Resilient and flexible personality with high social, organizational, and communication competence • Willingness to work closely with different stakeholder groups We offer ## • a varied and meaningful activity in a lively environment. Apply Apply About us ## The Schulkreis Uto is one of seven school districts in the city of Zürich and covers the city districts 2 and 3 with the quarters Leimbach, Wollishofen, Enge, Friesenberg, and Alt-Wiedikon. We are a primary school with five kindergarten classes, 14 primary classes, and one special education class of the Zentrum für Gehör und Sprache Zürich (ZGSZ) with partial integration (TIK). Cooperation with the ZGSZ also takes place at the kindergarten level. Schule Wollishofen-Im Lee includes four midday and evening after-school care centers and one morning table. Around 250 students are cared for in our after-school centers on one or more days. The all-day school will be introduced for the 2027/28 school year.
