Your future areas of responsibility
You continuously operate, manage, and develop our Windows 11 Client platform with Config Manager and Microsoft Intune. You plan, package, test, and distribute software solutions efficiently and reliably. You automate processes with PowerShell and actively contribute to the standardization and optimization of our workflows. You build client infrastructures, operate them, and realize migrations as well as further developments. You support our employees in 1st- and 2nd-level support and ensure rapid, solution-oriented processing of incidents. You actively participate in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Configuration and Capacity Management). You provide competent support to the business for questions regarding servers and databases. Your skills and competencies
You have training as a Platform Developer, IT Specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification in the IT environment. You are enthusiastic about modern workplace technologies and follow trends and developments in the client environment with interest. You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and appreciate an open, collaborative way of working. You think analytically and in networks, grasp complex situations quickly, and develop sustainable solutions. You convince through a structured way of working, high personal responsibility, and strong problem-solving competence - even in demanding situations. You bring initial leadership experience and have the motivation to take on responsibility in a leadership role. You take responsibility for platform topics and proactively drive automations forward. You communicate clearly, appropriately for the target group, and service-oriented with various stakeholders. Languages
