Our client is a renowned general contractor based in the Lausanne region.
They have mandated us to accompany them in the recruitment of a Project Assistant M/F.
Missions
Your main missions are:

• Ensure complete administrative management of construction projects, notably the monitoring of contracts, addenda, tenders, minutes, and other contractual documents.
• Support project managers and site managers in their administrative tasks and ensure the proper organization of construction sites and project-related events.
• Coordinate the administrative follow-up of PPE purchasers, manage modifications, associated documentation, and exchanges with various stakeholders.
• Participate in the financial management of projects, including client and supplier invoicing, control of accounting documents, and budget monitoring.
• Serve as the privileged point of contact between internal teams, clients, companies, and external partners to guarantee fluid and efficient communication.
• Contribute to the smooth running and continuous improvement of processes, thanks to rigorous management of data, monitoring tools, and project documentation.

Candidate profile

• Experience in a similar position in Switzerland required (Project Assistant, DT assistant, technical assistant...)
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Pack, notably Excel
• Rigor, sense of organization, ability to manage several files in parallel
