Employee Property Management (50-100 %)

Your tasks

Together with one female employee, you will manage a real estate portfolio of rental properties and condominiums. As the direct contact person for tenants and owners, you will take care of the optimal management of the properties. You are responsible for the marketing and value preservation of the properties as well as for the entire administrative processing, such as contract management, handovers and acceptances, and the maintenance of the objects. In addition, you are in contact with tenants, condominium owners, caretakers, and craftsmen. You also lead and minute the condominium owners' meetings.
Ideally, you bring experience in the preparation of heating and service charge statements, annual financial statements/accounts, and possess knowledge in the preparation of VAT statements for our existing properties.

Your profile

We are addressing an engaged and motivated personality who has been able to gain experience in the real estate industry. You have completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal diploma, have been able to gain several years of professional experience in management, and have worked with the W&W real estate program (ImmoTop 2).
As a person with strong communication skills, you value personal customer contact and work responsibly, independently, and precisely. Your strengths include initiative, resilience, and flexibility. Furthermore, you are characterized by your social competence, organizational skills, and assertiveness.
