WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE

• Your weeks will not look the same, as you will be traveling and visiting the stores in your district, where a busy and varied daily routine awaits you.
• In accordance with our JYSK leadership, you ensure that the stores are ready for sale and customers by communicating with your teams, leading them, and coaching them.
• You ensure that store managers have solid plans to reach performance indicators and you motivate them.
• You ensure the implementation of routines and concepts in the branches
• You train your store managers in the areas of recruitment, performance management, and leadership to ensure they are prepared to achieve the best results.
