For our modernization department in the Zürich region, we are looking for you as a committed Construction Manager (w/m/d). Your place of work will be the Zürich region.

Tasks ###

What tasks await you as a Construction Manager Renovation (w/m/d) Zürich?

• You lead and coordinate renovation projects from tender to commissioning, taking into account safety, schedule, quality, and cost specifications
• You are the local hub and first point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, and authorities
• You fulfill the role of contact person for clients, business partners, and tenants
• You maintain an open and respectful communication culture

Requirements ###

What requirements do you bring as a Construction Manager Renovation (w/m/d) Zürich?

• Completed training in the main construction industry with further training as a Construction Manager, TS Technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the construction management of renovation projects, ideally in dealing with listed or protected objects
• Sound technical construction knowledge as well as confident use of scheduling software, preferably Elcosoft Powerproject
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as strong communication and social competence
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and assertive personality with high initiative, resilience, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
