For the Accident Damage Management (ADM) area within Group Aftersales, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality as District Manager Karosserie + Lack (m/f/d) for the support of the West Switzerland region (Genf, Jura, Neuenburg, Waadt, Fribourg and Wallis).

What you can achieve with us ##

• Market development: You are responsible for market exploitation in bodywork spare parts, accessories and paint products and continue to expand the customer network
• Customer visits & acquisition: You carry out regular customer visits and win new customer segments
• CRM & management: You document, plan and manage your customer activities in the CRM and ensure the implementation of the target specifications
• Analysis & consulting: You create and analyze aftersales key figures, develop measures and give well-founded recommendations for performance optimization
• Technical & operational support: You support new builds and conversions, implement sales campaigns and assess special paint warranty cases

What you bring with you ##

• Experience: You have several years of professional experience as a painter as well as experience in sales, customer service and / or field service
• Education / Further training: You have basic training in automotive technology supplemented by commercial further training
• Language skills: You communicate fluently in French (oral & written) and have at least good German skills
• Digital Skills: You are confident in using M365 and CRM systems
• Personality Fit: You are a team player with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, an independent way of working and a high willingness to travel
