Receptionist 65% (f/m/d)

You ensure that visitors, employees, and partners feel welcome with us from the very beginning. With organizational talent, an overview, and a strong service mindset, you are the central point of contact at the reception and contribute daily to a positive experience.

What you move

• You receive visitors, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure a professional first impression of our location.
• You manage the telephone switchboard, provide information, and reliably forward inquiries to the correct departments.
• You are responsible for badge management for internal and external employees and support with questions as the first point of contact.
• You take on diverse administrative tasks such as processing emails, mail, as well as the management of work equipment and orders.
• You support the smooth running of the reception and actively contribute to organizational and administrative topics.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialization: Commercial basic training
• Professional experience: min. 5 years professional experience in reception, customer service, or administration is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills as well as good foreign language skills
• You are a helpful, communicative, and service-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance.
• You work reliably and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• Workload: 65 % (50 % regular shifts plus 15 % holiday substitution) - Wednesday: half day, Thursday and Friday:

full day

• Holiday substitution at 100% workload during around seven weeks per year (outside of school holidays)
