Collaboration and Team Development Project Manager # Personnel Office | 60 % | Coire ## The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence center for the entire Grisons cantonal administration. We contribute to making Grisons an attractive and progressive employer. In the field of organizational development, we support the administration within the framework of the digital administration of Grisons during the introduction of modern forms of collaboration as well as in the development of leadership, collaboration, and organizational culture. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Collaboration and Team Development Project Manager immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility • Development of strategies, standards, and best practices for effective and inter-administrative collaboration • Advising and supporting administrative units on issues of team development and collaboration • Supporting the introduction and sustainable use of digital collaboration solutions in close collaboration with the Office of Information Technology • Design, implementation, and facilitation of training, workshops, advice, and exchange formats on collaborative forms of work • Monitoring technological and cultural developments as well as defining appropriate fields of action for the administration • Participation in organizational development, change, and transformation projects within the framework of the digital administration of Grisons What we expect from you • University degree or equivalent higher education in business management, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field • Experience in supporting cross-functional projects as well as in managing different stakeholder groups • Experience in the application and introduction of digital collaboration solutions as well as understanding the links between ways of working, organization, and technology • Experience in supporting change processes as well as knowledge of team and group dynamics • Analytical and structured way of working, excellent communication and persuasion skills as well as great empathy for different perspectives We look forward to your online application and to meeting you.
