Clerk Sales & Purchasing Back Office (80–100%)

Do you work in a structured manner, have a technical understanding, and appreciate direct exchange with customers and suppliers? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks

• Telephone and written support as well as advice for our customers and suppliers
• Independent processing of the entire purchasing and sales process for various product ranges
• Order processing from the quotation to delivery, including schedule and delivery monitoring
• Coordination between customers, suppliers (domestic and foreign), and our field service
• Maintenance and updating of customer and article data in the ERP system
• Processing and follow-up of complaints and returns
• Organization and monitoring of imports, exports, and shipping processes with freight forwarders

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales and purchasing back office, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Interest in technical products and a good understanding of technical contexts
• Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
• Ideally experience or further training in export matters (customs, origin, preferences, Incoterms)
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) as well as ERP systems
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communication strength, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
• Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Monday is a fixed working day
