Our client is an established institution in the social and health sector in the Canton Aargau, which is committed to people with cognitive and multiple impairments with around 250 employees. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged and humorous personality as a Specialist in Care or Health.

Your tasks

• Accompanying people with cognitive and physical impairments
• Support in the agogic and nursing areas
• Shaping of leisure activities, everyday moments, and daily structure
• Participation in the internal day center
• Promotion of independence, self-determination, and quality of life
• Collaboration in the team to create a supportive environment

Your profile

• Completed training as FaBe B, FaGe, or socio-pedagogical
• Experience in accompanying people with cognitive impairments is an advantage
• Physical and mental resilience in demanding situations
• Good MS Office skills
• Driver's license is an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Team spirit, commitment, and a humorous personality
• Solution-oriented and positive basic attitude
