This is what you can achieve: You advise and support legal entities and their owners in demanding national and international tax matters - for example, in succession planning, employee participation, restructuring and transactions. You support our Corporate Finance Team in conducting Tax Due Diligence. You create tax rulings, draft appeals and represent clients before the tax authorities. You support colleagues technically and work closely with other business lines to develop holistic solutions. You process complex tax issues, review tax returns and check tax assessments for legal and natural persons. You actively contribute to customer care and the development of new mandates. You work actively with our foreign network partners. Your profile impresses because you have a degree as a certified tax expert or equivalent education in tax law. have solid practical experience (at least 7 years) in national and international tax law for legal and natural persons. master MS Office and ideally also have excellent knowledge of Dr. Tax or TaxWare. move confidently in German and negotiation-safely in English. work independently, precisely and with a clear view for solutions. appreciate exchange in the team just as much as direct contact with your customers.
