A varied leadership task awaits you: You will lead an 18-bed department with an infectious disease focus and a broad internist and angiological patient spectrum. Together with your team, you will ensure high-quality and patient-centered care. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • Ensuring nursing quality: Together with the shared governance team, you create the framework conditions for high-quality, holistic, and patient-oriented nursing. • Developing the team: You lead a committed team of around 30 employees according to modern leadership principles and support them in their professional, personal, and social development. • Managing resources: You plan and coordinate personnel, material, and infrastructural resources for safe and efficient patient care. • Designing processes: You further develop workflows and organizational structures in the sense of contemporary nursing and the primary nursing concept. • Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely and at eye level with the medical service, therapies, hotel services, and other interfaces. Your profile • Dipl.
