What you can achieve

• You are responsible for architecture, engineering, lifecycle management, and operation of central platform services based on Kubernetes, Argo CD, and Crossplane
• You continuously develop our Internal Developer Platform according to the "Platform as a Product" principle
• You provide standardized self-service functionalities and Golden Paths for our development teams
• You ensure stable, secure, scalable, and maintainable platform services
• You develop and implement modern CI/CD solutions for an end-to-end and automated software supply chain
• You actively help shape the buildup of the virtual team

What you bring with you

• Degree from a higher technical college or university of applied sciences in computer science, supplemented by several years of experience in platform architectures and automation concepts
• Sound knowledge in Kubernetes, Crossplane, and other cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with modern platform engineering approaches and their organizational models
• Practical experience with GitOps concepts as well as implementation of the concepts in Go
• Knowledge in Policy as Code, Security Scanning, and Software Supply Chain Security
• Interest in new technologies and active co-creation of innovations with personal responsibility
• Convincing communication skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
