Civil Engineer - Structures (M/F)

Our client, a consulting engineering firm recognized for its expertise in the fields of civil engineering, energy, and water, is looking for a Civil Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to strengthen its teams in Genève.

You will work on large-scale technical projects related to dams, hydraulic works, and complex infrastructures, both in Switzerland and internationally.

Missions

• Participate in the design and dimensioning of concrete structures and works;
• Perform complex calculations and analyses in civil engineering;
• Contribute to geotechnical studies according to project needs;
• Perform diagnostics, expertise, and evaluations of existing structures;
• Participate in the various phases of projects, from design to construction monitoring;
• Gradually assume responsibility for studies and technical lots with full autonomy;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high value-added technical issues.

Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree or Master's in Civil Engineering;
• 2 to 5 years of experience acquired in a design office, engineering, or applied research;
• Strong skills in structural calculation and reinforced concrete;
• Good mastery of design and dimensioning methods for structures;
• Developed analytical spirit and ability to solve complex problems;
• Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;
• Ease of working in a team;
• French C1.

Experience in the field of dams, hydraulic works, or complex infrastructures is a real asset.
