Are you looking for a varied activity in the OR area that enables an optimal work-life balance? Then this position in a modern day clinic in Zürich could be just right for you!

Your tasks:

• Organization and execution of outpatient surgeries in the specialist areas of orthopedics, gynecology, urology, dermatology, and ENT
• Preparation and post-preparation of the OR rooms with appropriate equipment for minimally invasive and gentle procedures
• Ensuring the sterile working environment as well as compliance with all hygienic and aseptic standards
• Close cooperation with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure a smooth OR process
• Patient care before and after outpatient procedures, including instruction on postoperative measures
• Documentation and recording of all relevant OR data as well as optimization of the material and ordering processes for the OR area

Your profile:

• Completed training as Surgical Technologist HF or Registered Nurse FA OP with SRK recognition
• Experience in outpatient surgery or in an interdisciplinary OR center is an advantage
• High level of personal responsibility, independent way of working, and strong organizational talent
• Patient-oriented, empathetic communication and confident appearance
• Enjoyment of regular working hours without night and weekend shifts
• Very good German skills, other language skills are a plus
