Your tasks:

• Deputy store management
• Support in the organization, planning, and personnel management of 10-15

employees

• Support in the recruitment, training, and management of employees
• Implementation of merchandise presentation standards and active assistance on the shop floor
• Ensuring strong customer orientation and high service quality

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience, initial leadership experience, ideally in

retail

• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Leadership personality with strong teamwork skills
• Commitment and sense of responsibility
