Job Description Integrated into the Operational Excellence team, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing industrial performance. This role constitutes an excellent opportunity to acquire concrete experience within a demanding, innovative production environment strongly oriented towards operational excellence. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Conduct field observations (Gemba) in order to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. Collect, monitor and analyze industrial performance indicators (TRS/OEE, quality, yield, productivity). Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement processes in collaboration with operational teams. Contribute to Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, problem solving) aimed at strengthening process efficiency. Identify sources of waste and propose optimization actions. Participate in the updating of work standards as well as the development of visual management. Support the deployment of new tools and methodologies alongside the Operational Excellence team. Profile sought You are in your final year of studies or currently in HES, ES or university training in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering Agri-food Food Technology Supply Chain Production Management You demonstrate a strong interest in continuous improvement and industrial environments. Possessing an excellent analytical spirit, you enjoy field work and know how to evolve effectively within multidisciplinary teams. You are proficient in office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
