The house Humanus, a member of the global Camphill movement based on anthroposophy, offers a contemporary home to more than 90 people in need of support. In different workshops, the residents engage in meaningful work. A rich social and cultural life promotes individual development.

Our carpentry offers, in a varied field of activity, jobs for people requiring support. The socio-pedagogical support of the assisted persons is strongly focused on processes and teamwork, and requires a high degree of autonomy from the employees.

To complete our team, we are looking for starting from 1 September 2026 or by agreement:

Carpenter CFC 60% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Development and manufacturing of attractive, market-adapted quality products
• Expert assistance in the daily work of people requiring support
• Ensuring tasks as a reference person for the accompanied persons
• Support in the training of apprentices

What you bring:

• A completed training as a carpenter CFC
• Training or further education in the field of professional animation
• Experience in the support of people requiring support
• A high degree of autonomy
• You like working in a team
