Senior Operative Buyer 80%-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Together with the Head of Product Management / Purchasing, you support demand planning and are responsible for the timely ordering and availability of products. The associated tasks, such as monitoring delivery dates and checking invoices as well as any processing of complaints, round off the work process.

In negotiations with suppliers, you contribute profitably thanks to your overview of the current market situation and maintain partnership-based supplier relationships as well as your network. In consultation with the Head of Purchasing, you create the annual evaluations of the defined suppliers.

Additional topics such as customs, logistics, or support in production and demand planning may expand your daily work depending on experience. We understand this function as an interface, which is why close cooperation with other specialist departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Production, and Quality Assurance is commonplace. Synchronization with our external warehouse enables you to have optimal conditions for designing the disposition process efficiently.
