Education Department Your tasks Pedagogically-therapeutically promote You are part of a team of speech therapy specialists and are responsible for the assessment and therapy of children in infancy, toddler and pre-school age with difficulties in language development. You work in the premises of the ZFF. Work in a needs- and solution-oriented manner You work both in the premises of the ZFF and in an advisory capacity in the child's living environment (e.g. in the family, in the KITA/playgroup or in the home). You accompany parents, guardians and specialists with regard to the child's needs. Work in a networked manner You are part of a motivated, interprofessional team and work closely with other specialists internally and externally, and take on case management. Your profile Experience You ideally have practical experience in speech therapy work with infants and pre-school children. You appreciate cooperation with people from different cultures and linguistic backgrounds. Personality You are used to working independently and in a results-oriented manner. You are communicative, flexible, team-capable and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration. Education You have a Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy. Ideally, you have also further educated yourself in the early childhood sector. It informs and supports children, young people and those involved in education, and campaigns for high-quality public and private services.
