As a subsidiary of the Société de Navigation du lac des Quatre-Cantons (SGV), Tavolago AG manages gastronomy on the 5 steamships and 14 motorboats of the SGV and, also on land, we pamper our customers in several establishments as well as during catering and large events with up to 5000 guests with a culinary offering. Our land establishments include the LUZ Seebistro, the Taube tavern, the CHÄRNSMATT - auberge & paradis de jeux and the Ampersand grill restaurant. In summer 2027, the new 6000 hotel will open with 150 rooms. Additionally, we are gastronomic partners of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne fair.

We are looking for an immediate or by agreement Marketing Assistant (m/f) 100%

Here is what needs to be done

• Your strength lies in graphic design. Using current Adobe programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express, etc.), you design, create, and implement elements and layouts for the target medium
• You support the management of our social media channels
• You manage and maintain our websites
• You participate in marketing projects and contribute your ideas
• You work within the internal copy center
• If you can process and prepare raw digital data, it's a plus

What we expect from you

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (notably InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Premiere Pro) is indispensable.
• You have a training as a médiamaticien/ne, polygraphe or graphic designer CFC or training in marketing with in-depth knowledge in graphic design
• You convince with your creativity and have a good sense for suitable and high-quality texts
• You use AI-based tools in a targeted manner to support your daily work
• You are a dynamic personality who also likes to work independently
• You work reliably and act with flexibility
• You enjoy our sector and have the flair to transmit gastronomy and hospitality in a digital way
