Job description Reporting to the Head of Production Unit, you will be in charge of carrying out all setting operations on watchmaking dressing components. In this context, you will be responsible for: • Performing the setting of watchmaking components (cases, glasses, bracelet links, etc.) • Carrying out all setting techniques (grain, clos, rail, pavé, invisible, etc.) on all types of precious stones, including diamonds and gems • Ensuring a finish that meets the standards of excellence of the Manufacture • Controlling the visual and technical quality of each operation • Collaborating closely with the manual finishing and quality teams • Validating the preparation of different types of setting on all concerned components • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts Qualifications • CFC as a setter or equivalent training, or proven experience in precision setting, ideally in watchmaking or jewelry • Excellent dexterity and attention to detail • Ability to work on high-value-added pieces • Team spirit, rigor, and autonomy Additional information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) • 5 weeks of annual leave with 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year's thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • Contributions to your sports or cultural activities as well as subscriptions encouraging soft mobility (CFF for example) • The possibility, depending on the function, of working remotely • A company restaurant • A LPP with advantageous rates Don't hesitate and apply online!
