Your Mission ### As a Production Manager, you will lead the daily operation of production: define priorities, plan team activities, solve problems, and ensure the team can deliver reliably in a rapidly changing environment. You will manage a team of 5 people, overseeing daily execution while driving improvements in quality, capacity, efficiency, and costs. This is a practical leadership role when necessary, but not a technical role: you will balance your intervention in operations to support urgent deliveries with driving projects to improve the team's long-term functioning. The value you bring ### • * Lead and manage the production operations team, providing clear daily priorities, support, and coverage planning so that operations continue to progress. • * Ensure the smooth running, safety, and reliability of production, with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and practical decision-making when priorities change. • * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, capacity improvement, and cost reduction. • * Lead projects independently, proactively driving them forward while maintaining control of daily production. • * Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Quality Control, project teams, and customers when production issues arise, such as confusion or other operational concerns. • Requirements We know every path is different, but to maximize your chances of success, we expect from you: • * Direct experience in production or warehouse management in a similar healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices environment, producing or assembling products in a highly regulated environment. • * Experience managing teams that need to be on site every day, including coverage planning, resolving resource constraints, and maintaining smooth operations. • * Direct experience of leadership in lean environments where you had to provide operational and practical support. • * Solid operational judgment, including the ability to intervene on the ground to support the team and stay focused on longer-term projects and improvements. • * Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, capacity, and costs, ideally in a regulated or quality-focused environment.
