For our Briefzentrum Zürich-Mülligen, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality who wants to take on the role of Deputy Team Lead in the "Sortierlogistik" team. • Together with the team management, you lead and develop a team of around 20 employees in sorting logistics.
• As part of a leadership duo or trio, you strengthen exchange, cooperation, and team cohesion.
• Together with your team, you ensure the high-quality processing of undeliverable and defective letter shipments.
• You undertake leadership tasks independently and represent the team management during absences.
• You accompany new employees during their induction and support them in finding their way quickly within the team and in their tasks.
