As part of a replacement, we are looking for a person ready to invest themselves in the field of credit administration in the role of:

Credit Operations Collaborator

Main missions:

• Manage business of types interest rate renewals, product changes, file revisions and consolidations.
• Process personal loans, training credits and bank guarantees.
• Ensure monthly end-of-month processing (settled loans, cancelled limits)
• Follow up on Abacus personal suspense accounts.
• Take charge of and process Front JIRA tickets
• Process information related to OP-ZEK-FISC-ECAP
• Manage security deadlines
• Process all incoming mail without assignment to current business
• Establish business relationship confirmations for companies
• Process capital consignments for companies
• Perform accounting operations

Profile sought:

• Training as a commercial employee with commercial professional maturity.
• Affinity with the processing of administrative tasks related to credits.
• Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of German and/or English (minimum B1) would be an asset.

Personal qualities:

• Rigor in work and ability to respect short deadlines.
• Sense of initiative and ease in anticipating important operations.
• Ability to manage a large amount of work and evolve in a demanding production environment.
