Team Leader / Foreman Road Marking (m/f/d)

For a long-term assignment, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Foreman Road Marking (m/f/d) who takes responsibility, leads their team safely, and maintains an overview even during demanding assignments.

Your tasks

• Independent leadership and coordination of a team
• Organization and assignment of employees on the construction site
• Reading, understanding, and implementing plans
• Ensuring clean and efficient work execution
• Participation in marking and general manual tasks
• Responsibility for smooth processes on site

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a Team Leader, Foreman, or in a comparable leadership function
• Very good and confident German language skills
• Driving license Cat. B as well as trailer test (BE)
• Leadership experience and assertiveness
• Confident in reading and implementing plans
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Ideally already experience in road marking
• Experience in horticulture, civil engineering, or a similar manual field is also very welcome
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Readiness to work night, weekend, and out-of-town assignments
